Singing for Health Research

Click on the links on this page and you will be able to read articles and abstracts about singing as a vital source of life-time good health.  Singing is also an excellent confidence booster and can help develop your general ability to communicate and be heard. In my teaching I have also helped many people during their recovery from addictions, depression, surgery or illness generally. I have actually had thyroid surgery myself. Whatever your situation I can help you get the voice up and running again.

I belong to the Singing for Health Network, a service run by the charity Music for Good.
