Who we are
At Sing Deborah Hudson we value our visitors and customers and respect your rights to privacy. We endeavour to keep your data safe at all times, this policy explains how we do this.
The type of data we collect
We collect data in a few different ways and for several different reasons. Please find below a list of the places we store data lists, the type of data we store and the ways in which we use it.
Please note that if you choose, for any reason, not to allow us to use your personal data (as is your right) it may result in a less efficient or accurate service to you.
Website Cookies
Cookies are simple text files that typically contain two pieces of information: a site name and unique user ID. When you visit a site that uses cookies for the first time, a cookie is downloaded onto your computer. The next time you visit that site, your computer checks to see if it has a cookie that is relevant (that is, one containing the site name) and sends the information back to the site. The site then ’knows’ that you have been there before, and in some cases, tailors what pops up on screen to take account of that fact. As a rule, cookies will make your browsing experience better. However, you may prefer to disable cookies on this site and on others. The most effective way to do this is to disable cookies in your browser. We suggest consulting the Help section of your browser or taking a look at the About Cookies website which offers guidance for all modern browsers.
Google Analytics
When someone visits our website we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is anonymous and we do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Booking
For booking lessons we collect information for scheduling purposes. This information is not passed on. For billing purposes we offer customers the option of paying via online banking transfer, or via credit card with PayPal. We never collect any of your billing account or credit card information.
Access to your personal information
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to us at deborah@singdeborahhudson.com
